As a Debt Finance Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commitment letters, term sheets, and loan documentation.
  • Managing deal teams and processes from initial discussions through to closing.
  • Conducting due diligence and legal research as needed.
  • Acting as the primary contact for clients, opposing counsel, and transactional legal teams.
  • Assisting with ongoing deal administration, including amendments and collateral matters.
  • Providing support to senior lawyers and mentoring junior team members.

Package and Benefits:

  • Annual salary of $235,000 - $420,000.

Candidates will have:

  • At least two years of debt finance experience.
  • Strong academic credentials and a creative mindset.

  • Admission to the bar and fluency in English, with Spanish as a plus.
