Structured Credit CLO - Of Counsel

Our client, a leading law firm, is on the lookout for an Of Counsel to join their renowned Structured Credit CLO practice. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a top-tier team advising international investment banks and asset managers.

The Of Counsel will:

• Advise on collateralized loan obligations (CLO) and other securitization transactions.
• Work on asset-based lending transactions, both bilateral and syndicated.
• Engage with sophisticated finance transactions.
• Collaborate with leading international investment banks and asset managers.
• Participate in domestic and cross-border structured finance processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory matters, including the Volcker Rule.

The ideal Of Counsel candidate will have:

• At least 7 years of experience in structured credit and CLO transactions.
• Significant experience with securitization and asset-based lending.
• Admission to the New York State bar.
• Previous experience in a law firm setting.
• Strong understanding of sophisticated finance transactions.
