As an Associate - Private Equity M&A, you will:
  • Advise corporate clients and private equity funds on acquisitions, dispositions, and minority investments.
  • Manage general corporate matters and similar transactions.
  • Draft transaction documents and manage deals effectively.
  • Engage in significant direct client contact and relationship building.
  • Work autonomously with a high level of responsibility.
