- Contribute to the growth and success of the Antitrust & Competition group.
- 7-10 years of experience focusing on transactional-based work.
- A strong interest in or experience with merger reviews.
- FTC/DOJ experience as a plus.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service.
