Owen specialises in Real Estate Finance recruitment, supporting specialist lenders, challenger banks, debt funds, family offices and intermediaries across the UK with permanent appointments. As Principal Consultant at Fintelligent, he works closely with businesses across the Real Estate Lending market to identify experienced professionals who can support growth, strengthen teams and add long-term commercial value.
Owen played a key role in the continued growth of our Real Estate Finance offering. He has developed strong relationships across bridging finance, development finance, commercial term lending, complex buy-to-let and wider property-backed lending markets, giving him an in-depth understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing lenders today.
Owen supports appointments across origination, business development, credit, underwriting, portfolio management, operations, risk, marketing and senior leadership. His approach is built on understanding far more than a job specification, taking the time to understand a lender's products, growth ambitions and culture to secure professionals who can make a lasting commercial impact.
