The company has provided over £1bn of funding over the past decade and is led by a senior management team with extensive experience in property and financial services across Europe. The Manchester office is a key part of their ambitious UK Lending division. As a Treasury Analyst, you'll be responsible for: Preparing day-to-day and long-term cash forecasts to ensure sufficient liquidity for borrower activities. Supporting the execution of financial risk management strategies and hedging transactions. Assisting in the identification of optimal funding strategies and ensuring compliance with funding line covenants. Preparing management information packs and contributing to the development of a Treasury information dashboard. Driving process improvements and assisting in the implementation of new systems.
