About the Opportunity

Fintelligent is partnering with a leading international law firm to appoint a high-calibre Antitrust Associate to join its growing Competition practice in the United States.

This is an outstanding opportunity to work on complex, high-profile matters spanning antitrust investigations, enforcement actions, and private litigation across fast-evolving sectors including technology, AI, life sciences, and energy.

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on antitrust compliance and risk management strategies
Support and lead elements of litigation, from drafting pleadings through to trial preparation
Work on complex antitrust investigations and government enforcement matters
Assist with merger reviews and cross-border transaction advocacy
Monitor and analyse developments in competition law and enforcement trends

Candidate Profile

1–3 years’ post-qualification experience in antitrust, litigation, or regulatory matters within a leading law firm or relevant government body
Strong academic background with excellent legal research and drafting skills
Experience or demonstrated interest in:
- Civil antitrust litigation
- Merger control and regulatory review
- Cartel investigations and enforcement
- Competition compliance counselling
Exposure to technology sector competition issues is highly advantageous
Admission to the New York and/or DC Bar preferred
