Bridging Underwriter

The Bridging Underwriter will:

• Manage a pipeline of complex bridging cases, prioritising effectively.
• Underwrite loan applications within company criteria, making informed lending decisions.
• Speak consistently with brokers, applicants, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain oversight of loans post-completion and ensure conditions are met.
• Stay updated on best practices and regulatory requirements.

About You

The ideal Bridging Underwriter will have:

• Experience in underwriting bridging finance. You must have a background working at another bridging lender to be considered for this opportunity.
• Strong comprehension of compliance and regulatory environments.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• A proactive and commercially aware mindset.
