Our client, a highly successful and expanding financial services business, is seeking a driven and ambitious Finance Operations Assistant to join their central London team. Key Responsibilities of the Finance Operations Assistant:

• Processing of invoices and funds
• Bank reconciliations
• General ledger duties
• Managing debtors and creditors
• Daily use of Excel for reporting and analysis
• Supporting wider finance operations across departments

Experience & Skills for the Finance Operations Assistant:

• Graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Studying towards AAT (part or fully qualified) or CIMA (minimum foundation level)
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Experience with QuickBooks is highly advantageous
• A team player with strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
