IP Litigation Associate (2–6 years)
Location: San Diego
A leading Am Law 50 firm is seeking a mid-level IP Litigation Associate to join its nationally recognised Intellectual Property Practice Group.
This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-profile patent litigation matters, including district court cases, ITC disputes, IPR proceedings, and licensing matters. The team advises a broad client base ranging from global technology companies and semiconductor businesses to high-growth startups.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling patent litigation matters across district courts, ITC, and PTAB
- Supporting on complex disputes involving technologies such as wireless communications, semiconductors, and software
- Working closely with senior attorneys and clients on strategy and execution
Requirements:
- 2–6 years’ experience in IP litigation
- Experience with patent disputes (district court, ITC and/or PTAB)
- Technical background preferred (e.g. electrical engineering, computer science, physics or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Qualified to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction
Compensation:
- $235,000 – $390,000, depending on experience
Working Arrangements:
- Hybrid model (3 days in-office) with a strong emphasis on flexibility and team collaboration
