If you’re an experienced Case Manager / Junior Underwriter looking for broader exposure and greater ownership, this opportunity offers the chance to join a growing specialist lender where your decisions and input will have visible impact. You’ll manage unregulated bridging loan applications from enquiry through to completion within a fast-moving, commercially focused environment.
This role offers genuine variety across underwriting, credit analysis, stakeholder management, and process improvement. You’ll work closely with senior decision-makers and contribute to the continued growth and development of a boutique lending business with ambitious plans.
Package & Benefits
• Salary £35,000–£45,000 per annum.

About the Company
You will be joining a boutique property finance lender operating within the specialist lending market. The business has an entrepreneurial culture, a collaborative team environment, and a strong focus on sustainable growth and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage unregulated bridging loan applications from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Review credit reports, valuation reports, legal documentation, bank statements, and due diligence information to support lending decisions.
• Prepare loan terms, offer letters, investment memorandums, and credit committee papers.
• Work closely with brokers, solicitors, valuers, investors, and internal stakeholders throughout the lending process.
About You
• Minimum 1 year’s experience working within bridging finance underwriting or a similar specialist lending environment.
• Experience manually underwriting bridging or property-backed lending cases.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
