With an annual salary ranging from £27,000 to £30,000, this Loans Administrator position offers a competitive package. You'll enjoy 28 days of holiday, plus bank holidays, and benefit from an optional company pension scheme. The role also provides a great work-life balance with early finishes on Fridays.

As a Loans Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing loan documentation for new business and renewals.
  • Coordinating with panel solicitors to secure perfected security documentation.
  • Liaising with Borrowers, Brokers, and the Sales Team to ensure timely loan completions.
  • Issuing retention documentation and monitoring exposure levels for development facilities.
  • Managing and maintaining client files and records.
  • Conducting searches with HM Land Registry and Credit Reference Agencies.
  • Managing post-completion loan processes and ensuring compliance with security and insurance registers.

Package and Benefits:

The Loans Administrator position offers a comprehensive package:

  • Annual salary of £27,000 - £30,000.
  • 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, with the office closed at Christmas.
  • Optional company pension scheme.
  • Standard working hours from 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8.30am to 4pm on Fridays.

The ideal Loans Administrator will have:

  • Experience working in a regulated and professional environment 
  • Experience working in a funding environment would be a huge advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • A high level of organisation and time management skills.
  • Tenacity, integrity, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
