We are seeking experienced and ambitious Loan Advisors to join our dedicated Mortgage Team, exclusively focused on Second Charge Mortgages. This is a consultative, B2C role where all leads are provided – no cold calling or introducer reliance – allowing you to focus on what you do best: converting opportunities and delivering outstanding client outcomes.
Located in Central London – Moorgate, this opportunity is not to be missed.
Key Responsibilities for the Loan Advisor:
  • Providing expert, compliant advice on second charge mortgage products.
  • Engaging with a steady flow of warm, inbound leads generated in-house.
  • Conducting thorough fact finds and suitability assessments to ensure best outcomes.
  • Managing the full client journey, from initial enquiry to completion.
  • Maintaining accurate case records using bespoke CRM and workflow systems.
  • Delivering consistent, professional service that aligns with regulatory standards.
Duties for the Loan Advisor:
  • Qualified Leads: A consistent stream of high-quality, inbound enquiries – exclusive and not shared.
  • Strong Commission Structure: Market-leading commissions, paid on gross billing revenue (not net of introducer splits).
  • Technology & Infrastructure: Bespoke CRM, quoting tools, digital document portal, and case management workflows.
  • Earnings Potential: Average gross annual billings of £200k–£250k; top brokers exceed £500k.
  • Support & Training: In-house marketing, compliance guidance, and operational support to help you maximise performance.
Experience for the Loan Advisor:
  • CeMAP-qualified (or equivalent) with proven experience in Second Charge Mortgage advice.
  • Skilled in engaging B2C customers directly and building long-term relationships.
  • Confident in providing compliant, consultative advice tailored to customer needs.
  • Motivated by high-quality lead flow and an uncapped earnings structure.
  • Professional, consistent, and outcome-focused.

Package
  • Base Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (dependent on experience).
  • Commission: Market-leading, gross-based structure. OTE £80,000
  • Extras: Travel allowance, flexible working after onboarding, and additional holiday with length of service.
  • 25 Days Holiday plus 8 bank holiday
  • Socialable team and lots of events
  • Office-based in Moorgate - will be flexible around early finish or working from home when needed but it's not a regular thing or something they'll offer in the contract.
