As a Mortgage Administrator, you will:

  • Process and manage loan applications from initial enquiry through to completion.
  • Ensure a smooth and successful customer journey by taking ownership of tasks.
  • Maintain up-to-date and compliant documentation.
  • Draft and send correspondence to brokers and customers.
  • Liaise with third parties to progress applications.
