An opportunity for an Asset Management Surveyor looking for broader responsibility and a genuine opportunity to progress as the business grows, this role offers ownership of a diverse property portfolio, with direct influence over performance, value and strategy.

As Asset Management Surveyor, you’ll work closely with clients and specialist property teams, with autonomy across your portfolio and a clear in-house progression route as the consultancy continues to expand.

Package & Benefits

  • Up to circa £65,000 per annum, based on experience, reviewed annually. The package however has flexibility for an established MRICS surveyor with proven commercial asset-management and distressed/restructuring experience therefore please note salary is negotiable.
  • In-house support to fulfil annual CPD requirements and a clear progression route.

A growing specialist real-estate advisory and property consultancy providing asset management and wider property services. Its joined-up approach gives clients access to specialist expertise across the lifecycle of their assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial and distressed property assets, identifying opportunities to improve performance, mitigate risk and enhance value.
  • Oversee maintenance, compliance, contractors, managing agents and letting agents across the portfolio.
  • Manage lease, rental income, utility and insurance matters, ensuring assets remain appropriately protected and efficiently managed.
  • Analyse portfolio performance and provide clients with recommendations on asset management, investment, disposal, redevelopment and repositioning strategies.

About You

  • Experience managing commercial and distressed property assets, including operational property matters.
  • Experience of landlord and tenant matters, lease events, property compliance, maintenance and contractor or agent management.
  • Experience producing professional reports and commercially focused recommendations to improve asset performance and values.
  • MRICS or AssocRICS qualification or progression towards Chartered status would be advantageous.
