About the Opportunity

Fintelligent is partnering with a leading international law firm to appoint a high-calibre Antitrust Associate to join its growing Competition practice in the United States.

This is an outstanding opportunity to work on complex, high-profile matters spanning antitrust investigations, enforcement actions, and private litigation across fast-evolving sectors including technology, AI, life sciences, and energy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on antitrust compliance and risk management strategies
  • Support and lead elements of litigation, from drafting pleadings through to trial preparation
  • Work on complex antitrust investigations and government enforcement matters
  • Assist with merger reviews and cross-border transaction advocacy
  • Monitor and analyse developments in competition law and enforcement trends

Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years’ post-qualification experience in antitrust, litigation, or regulatory matters within a leading law firm or relevant government body
  • Strong academic background with excellent legal research and drafting skills
  • Experience or demonstrated interest in:
    • Civil antitrust litigation
    • Merger control and regulatory review
    • Cartel investigations and enforcement
    • Competition compliance counselling
  • Exposure to technology sector competition issues is highly advantageous
  • Admission to the New York and/or DC Bar preferred
