Fintelligent is partnering with a top-tier global law firm to identify a talented Securitization Associate for their finance practice group in New York. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly regarded team advising on complex, market-leading transactions across the full spectrum of structured finance.

What you'll do

• Structure, negotiate, and document a wide range of securitization transactions, including CLOs and whole business securitizations
• Conduct due diligence and review transaction-related legal documents
• Research and analyse legal issues specific to securitization and structured finance
• Prepare and review offering materials and disclosure documents
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clients and attorneys across practice areas
• Support the development of junior associates within the group
• Monitor regulatory and market developments in structured finance

What we're looking for

• 3–5 years of experience at a large or global law firm in structured finance and securitization
• Exposure to representing issuers, sponsors, borrowers, and lenders in securitization transactions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• J.D. from an accredited law school with a strong academic record
• Active admission to the New York Bar in good standing
