As a Transaction & Structuring Associate, you'll be at the heart of structuring and executing transactions:
- Collaborate with the origination team to assess and prepare transactions for investment committee approval.
- Conduct financial and credit analysis to support deal structuring.
- Draft and present investment papers for the investment committee.
- Liaise with legal, valuation, and other advisors for efficient deal execution.
- Assist the asset management team with initial drawdowns and transaction handover.
- Maintain strong communication across teams for a collaborative deal process.
- Contribute to the development of processes and best practices within the transactions function.
