If you are a proven bridging finance BDM with strong broker relationships across the North, this Business Development Manager – Bridging Finance role offers the platform to grow meaningful volumes with real credit support behind you. You will be trusted to run your region, deepen introducer relationships, and convert opportunity into completed lending.
This is a commercially focused role within a lender that is actively investing in growth. You will have the backing, appetite, and underwriting alignment needed to do your job properly and build long term broker partnerships.
Package & Benefits
• Salary £65,000 to £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage broker and introducer relationships across the North of England.
• Drive new lending opportunities through proactive engagement and relationship management.
• Educate brokers on lending criteria, appetite, and deal structuring to improve conversion.
• Work closely with underwriting colleagues to progress cases from enquiry through to completion.
About You
• Proven business development experience within bridging finance or specialist property lending.
• Established broker network across the North of England.
• Demonstrable track record of generating and converting lending volumes.
