Collections Advisor

The Collections Agent will:

• Answer calls from customers with financial issues.
• Discuss and find payment solutions.
• Arrange payment plans and work with specialist teams.
• Be empathetic to customers in need.
• Accurately log conversations and actions.
• Suggest process improvements.
• Report risks to the line manager.
