The Commercial Account Handler will:

• Manage a portfolio of commercial clients with premiums ranging from £3,000 to £25,000+
• Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and policy administration using Acturis.
• Work with a cross-class book including property owners, mini fleet, and liabilities.
• Provide professional advice and tailored solutions to clients.
• Liaise with insurers to negotiate competitive terms.
• Support Account Executives and maintain excellent client retention.
