This role involves working with a diverse range of SME clients and some mid-net-worth individuals, and offers a mature, relaxed working environment.

This Account Handler role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000, a hybrid working pattern, and the added perk of fresh fruit in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling personal lines and SME insurance accounts, including renewals, new business, and mid-term adjustments.
• Servicing mid-net-worth clients, including those with higher-value personal assets.
• Managing account premiums and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Operating within a traditional system using paper files and Acturis.
• Collaborating with account directors on larger or complex client files.

Package and Benefits:

• Annual salary of £30,000 - £35,000.

• Standard working hours from 9am to 5.15pm with a one-hour lunch break.
