Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and dog Charlie. He is a keen golfer and a follower of football and rugby league.

Gracie is our Marketing Assistant who works closely with the Marketing Manager, Lauren. Grace plays various roles across the business, including web design and management, building our brand and social media presence, graphic design, videography, and assisting on wider Marketing strategies.

Lucie&nbsp;is a Senior Consultant at Fintelligent, bringing over four years of specialist recruitment experience within the commercial finance sector. She has a proven track record of building high-performing teams for clients across the invoice finance, asset finance, and asset-based lending markets.

Taya Hornsby

Tom is the Divisional Manager for Real Estate &amp; Senior Debt, a sector he has supported since 2021.
Tom works with seasoned professionals and emerging talent across Development Finance, Bridging, Structured Finance, and Real Estate Private Equity, partnering them with Advisories, Banks, Non-Bank Lenders, and Investment Managers in the UK and EU. Tom Simpson

Established Specialist Lender | Residential and Buy-to-Let lending | Completions Officer

If you have mortgage completions experience and want to take ownership of cases rather than simply process them, this Completions Officer role offers exposure across Residential and Buy-to-Let mortgages.  This is an incredible opportunity to join a newly created team, working closely with the Completions Manager and playing a key role in establishing and implementing new processes. You’ll have the chance to make a real impact from the outset and be an integral part of the team’s continued growth and development.

You’ll manage cases from mortgage offer through to completion, working directly with solicitors, brokers, surveyors and customers in a regulated lending environment.

About the Company

You’ll join an established specialist property finance lender; The business supports customers whose circumstances may not fit traditional high street lending criteria.

Key Responsibilities

<ul>
	<li>Manage Residential and Buy-to-Let mortgage cases from offer through to completion, including Individual and Limited Company applications.
	<li>Review completion documentation, satisfy offer conditions within mandate and ensure requirements are met before funds are released.
	<li>Coordinate with solicitors, brokers, surveyors and customers to progress cases efficiently and resolve completion issues.
	<li>Maintain compliant completions activity in line with relevant regulation, Consumer Duty and internal policies.
</ul>

About You

<ul>
	<li>You must have experience within a completions team for another lender; ideally, you will come from a specialist Buy-to-Let background. 
	<li>Experience progressing mortgage or property finance cases through the completions process.
	<li>Experience working with completion documentation and lending requirements.
