Gracie is our Marketing Assistant who works closely with the Marketing Manager, Lauren. Grace plays various roles across the business, including web design and management, building our brand and social media presence, graphic design, videography, and assisting on wider Marketing strategies.

Lucie&nbsp;is a Senior Consultant at Fintelligent, bringing over four years of specialist recruitment experience within the commercial finance sector. Tom is the Divisional Manager for Real Estate &amp; Senior Debt, a sector he has supported since 2021.
Tom works with seasoned professionals and emerging talent across Development Finance, Bridging, Structured Finance, and Real Estate Private Equity, partnering them with Advisories, Banks, Non-Bank Lenders, and Investment Managers in the UK and EU. Tom Simpson

If you have strong technical knowledge of vehicle repairs and want to use that expertise in a customer-focused insurance environment, this Motor Vehicle Image Engineer role offers the opportunity to influence repair, total loss and claims decisions.

You’ll join an established Engineering team where your technical judgement will directly support accurate claim outcomes. The role combines vehicle engineering expertise with customer, repairer and third-party communication.

Package & Benefits 
• Salary £31,500–£33,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Company 
You’ll join a UK motor and home insurer supporting more than 1.4 million customers. The business uses technology, data and service to simplify insurance, with a focus on supporting its people to develop their skills and contribute to meaningful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities 
• Engineer and authorise vehicle repair costs in line with manufacturer methodology and claim circumstances. 
• Produce inspection reports, handle technical calls and make total loss decisions, including vehicle valuation. 
• Communicate technical decisions clearly with customers, repairers and third parties. 
• Identify potential fraud, vehicle modifications and opportunities to improve claims efficiency while working within agreed KPIs and SLAs.

About You 
• Experience within the vehicle repair industry, including mechanical or body repair. 
• Extensive vehicle make-up knowledge and experience using automotive estimating systems. 
• Experience resolving complex customer, repairer or claims-related problems.
