Key Responsibilities
• Build and develop long-term client relationships, generating repeat business and new revenue opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team, supporting performance, development, and progression.
• Deliver expert advice on complex commercial property matters, including valuation and restructuring scenarios.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making, operational performance, and overall business growth alongside senior leadership.

About You
• MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification valuation experience.
• Proven track record of building client relationships and contributing to business development within a professional services environment.
• Experience leading and developing teams within a commercial property or valuation setting.
