If you're an experienced Executive Assistant looking for a role where no two days are the same, this is an opportunity to work at the heart of a growing, award-winning business. Supporting multiple directors across two businesses, you'll be trusted to keep everything running smoothly while playing a key role in the wider operation.

This is far more than diary management. You'll be involved across executive support, office management, HR administration, events, and business operations, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure, and takes pride in bringing structure to a busy environment.

Package & Benefits

  • Salary £35,000 to £45,000 per annum.
  • Office-based role in Manchester city centre with excellent transport links.
  • 25 days' annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
  • Your birthday off every year.
  • Opportunity to join a business recognised as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work (2023-2026), alongside multiple national awards for workplace culture, talent development and staffing industry excellence.

About the Company

You'll be joining a growing, entrepreneurial professional services business with an award-winning culture that genuinely invests in its people. Known for its collaborative environment, ambitious growth plans, and recognition through The Sunday Times Best Places to Work along with several industry awards, the business offers the chance to make a visible impact while working closely with senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive Executive Assistant support to multiple directors across two businesses, managing complex diaries, meetings, travel, and priorities.
  • Organise internal meetings, events, and board-level activity, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring actions are followed through.
  • Support HR administration and office management activities, helping to maintain efficient business processes and a well-run office environment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, and act as a trusted point of contact across the business.

About You

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a combined Executive Assistant and Office Manager role supporting senior stakeholders.
  • Strong experience managing multiple diaries, coordinating meetings, events, and business administration within a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and managing competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

If you enjoy spinning multiple plates, can adapt quickly to changing priorities, and are looking for a role where you'll genuinely become part of the leadership team, we'd love to hear from you.
