As a Graduate Asset Manager, you'll have a variety of responsibilities:
- Support the Asset Management team with managing a diverse loan portfolio.
- Act as a key contact for borrowers throughout the loan lifecycle.
- Monitor construction progress and assist with drawdown requests.
- Attend site visits to review project progress.
- Support unit sales and security releases upon loan repayment.
- Liaise with external advisers such as solicitors and surveyors.
- Assist with investor, funder, and internal reporting.
