As a Graduate Asset Manager, you'll have a variety of responsibilities:

 

• Support the Asset Management team with managing a diverse loan portfolio.
• Act as a key contact for borrowers throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Monitor construction progress and assist with drawdown requests.
• Attend site visits to review project progress.
• Support unit sales and security releases upon loan repayment.
• Liaise with external advisers such as solicitors and surveyors.
• Assist with investor, funder, and internal reporting.
• Update financial models and support recoveries where required.
• Analyse loan metrics, ratios, and sensitivities.
• Prepare reports on individual loan performance, highlighting risks or opportunities.
