Gracie is our Marketing Assistant who works closely with the Marketing Manager, Lauren. Grace plays various roles across the business, including web design and management, building our brand and social media presence, graphic design, videography, and assisting on wider Marketing strategies.

Lucie&nbsp;is a Senior Consultant at Fintelligent, bringing over four years of specialist recruitment experience within the commercial finance sector. Tom is the Divisional Manager for Real Estate &amp; Senior Debt, a sector he has supported since 2021.
Tom works with seasoned professionals and emerging talent across Development Finance, Bridging, Structured Finance, and Real Estate Private Equity, partnering them with Advisories, Banks, Non-Bank Lenders, and Investment Managers in the UK and EU. Internal Sales  | Business Development Executive | Clear progression opportunities

This is an opportunity for an Internal Sales Executive to join a reputable lender in the specialist property sector: You’ll generate and qualify new lending opportunities while developing relationships with brokers, developers, investors and other property professionals.

You’ll work closely with experienced Business Development Managers, underwriting and operations, gaining exposure to the full lending journey. With structured product training and progression into Business Development or credit available in future, there is a clear path to develop your career.

You’ll join a growing specialist property finance lender with an established reputation in the property market. The business operates a collaborative sales environment, with Internal Sales working closely alongside Business Development, underwriting and operations.

Key Responsibilities

	<li>Build relationships with brokers, property developers, investors, introducers and other property professionals.

About You

	<li>Ideally, you will have previous internal sales experience within specialist property lending such as Bridging, Development Finance, Commercial Mortgages or Specialist Buy to Let. However, we are also open to ambitious individuals who are eager to develop a career in this sector and have a background in mortgage advisory, as a broker, case management or a similar role within financial services / lending.
