• Manage and convert inbound bridging and development finance leads.
• Advise clients on funding solutions, starting with regulated bridging.
• Collaborate with senior brokers to learn deal structuring and conversion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and clients.
• Develop product knowledge and sales skills to meet targets.
