You’ll join a growing bridging finance team where your work directly supports the delivery of high-value transactions. The environment is structured but fast-paced, giving you the chance to develop technical knowledge while working closely with experienced underwriting and legal professionals.

Package & Benefits
• Salary £24,000–£26,000 per annum.
• Hybrid working with 2 days per week in the office.
• Exposure to complex bridging finance and property transactions.

About the Company
You will be joining an established financial services provider with a strong presence in specialist property finance. The business is growing its bridging finance offering and invests in building knowledgeable, capable teams to support that growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the coordination and delivery of bridging finance transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Assist with the preparation and review of loan facility and security documentation.
• Work with underwriting and operations teams to ensure all pre-completion conditions are satisfied.
• Escalate legal or transactional risks to senior stakeholders where appropriate.

About You
• Experience in a legal, lending, banking or financial services environment.
• Exposure to property finance or bridging finance is advantageous.
• Experience supporting documentation, transactions or case management processes.
