Key Responsibilities for the Completions Administrator:
• Support the progression of bridging finance cases from application through to completion, ensuring all due diligence and lending conditions are satisfied.
• Liaise with brokers, solicitors, valuers, surveyors, and internal teams to keep transactions moving efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain lending documentation, CRM records, and completion-related administration accurately.
• Monitor case progress, proactively follow up outstanding requirements, and support successful loan completions.
About You
• Experience working within a regulated environment
• Previous experience in a completions, underwriting support, lending administration, or case management role.
• Knowledge of property finance processes, due diligence requirements, and stakeholder management within a lending environment.
