We are recruiting for an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join a successful and expanding brokerage. Due to continued business growth, we're looking to add another adviser to our established team.

This role offers the opportunity to build your expertise within a specialist area of mortgage lending while enjoying a realistic first-year earning potential of up to £55,000. You'll manage cases from initial enquiry through to completion, supported by an experienced team focused on delivering excellent customer outcomes.

You'll be joining an established, independently owned mortgage brokerage with an excellent reputation for customer service and professional advice. The business is committed to maintaining high standards while providing advisers with the support and resources needed to develop their careers in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored mortgage advice across a range of residential and specialist lending products.
  • Manage mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to completion while ensuring full FCA compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
  • Keep up to date with changes in the mortgage market and lender criteria to provide informed, high-quality advice.

About You

  • CeMAP qualified, or hold an equivalent recognised mortgage qualification.
  • At least one year's experience providing mortgage advice within an FCA-regulated environment.
  • Strong case management and relationship-building skills.
  • A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
