As an Operations Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of the office
  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
  • Managing office supplies and stock levels
  • Coordinating internal and external events
  • Arranging travel and accommodation for the team
  • Providing HR and administrative support to senior leaders
  • Assisting Directors with various operational tasks

The ideal candidate for the Operations Administrator role will have:

  • Previous experience as an Operations Assistant, Office Manager, Operations Administrator, Office Coordinator, or similar role
  • Proven experience supporting senior management or Directors
  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach
  • Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
