If you’re a Paralegal looking to move closer to the commercial side of secured lending, this Paralegal opportunity offers hands-on involvement in getting deals completed efficiently and accurately. You’ll play a central role in keeping transactions progressing, working closely with solicitors, brokers, and borrowers.

This is a role where your organisation and legal understanding will directly impact deal completion. You’ll gain exposure across the full lifecycle of lending transactions within a structured, supportive team environment that values accuracy and accountability.

Package & Benefits:
• Salary £28,000–£32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
• 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays, including Christmas closure allocation.
• Full-time hours with early finish on Fridays.
• Optional company pension scheme.

About the Company
You will be joining an established lender operating within secured finance, working in a collaborative and process-driven environment where attention to detail and consistency are critical to successful deal delivery.

Key Responsibilities for the Paralegal role:
• Manage legal documentation across the full lifecycle of lending transactions.
• Liaise with solicitors, brokers, and borrowers to progress deals to completion.
• Oversee post-completion processes including registrations and document follow-up.
• Monitor live cases to ensure timelines and requirements are met.

About You
• Experience working as a Paralegal or in a legally trained role within property conveyancing or secured lending 
• Proven experience reviewing legal documentation related to property or security.
• Experience managing multiple files or transactions within a legal or lending environment.
