This Personal Lines Account Handler position offers real depth of exposure, including complex personal lines risks and the opportunity to work closely with experienced Account Directors. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own book while being supported by a collaborative team that values development, structure and long-term progression.

This is a role for a Personal Lines Account Handler who wants to build expertise, particularly within high-net-worth personal lines, while continuing to develop technical and client management skills. There may also be exposure to commercial renewals where business dictates, offering additional variety when required.

Package & Benefits
• Salary £28,000–£33,000+ per annum depending on experience.
• Annual bonus circa £3,000.
• 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays.
• Annual pay review process.
• Full study support for Cert CII / Dip CII qualifications.
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm working hours.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage a portfolio as a Personal Lines Account Handler, including non-motor personal lines and HNW clients.
• Handle renewals and ensure high levels of retention across your Personal Lines Account Handler book.
• Support new business enquiries and maintain strong client relationships as a Personal Lines Account Handler.
• Use Acturis to maintain accurate, compliant policy records.

About You
• Experience as a Personal Lines Account Handler within an insurance brokerage environment.
• Proven ability to manage renewals and personal lines insurance portfolios, including HNW exposure.
• Familiarity with Acturis or similar insurance systems used in a Personal Lines Account Handler role.
