The Post-Completions Officer will:

 

  • Manage post-completion activities following mortgage completion
  • Review and process completed legal documentation
  • Ensure registration of the lender’s charge at the Land Registry
  • Chase solicitors for outstanding documents and registrations
  • Monitor and resolve post-completion exceptions and defects
  • Update internal systems with accurate and auditable records
  • Liaise with solicitors, brokers, and internal stakeholders as required
  • Support audits, reporting, and regulatory requirements

About You

  • Good communication skills and confidence dealing with external parties
