As a Pre-Completions Officer, you will:

 

  • Manage cases from offer to completion, ensuring all conditions are met.
  • Review and validate solicitors’ Certificates of Title and completion documents.
  • Conduct pre-completion checks in line with lending policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with solicitors, brokers, and internal teams to resolve outstanding issues.
  • Ensure accurate and timely release of mortgage funds.
  • Maintain clear and auditable case notes and records.
  • Support service level agreements and contribute to operational efficiency.

About You

  • Knowledge of AML, CML/UK Finance Handbook, and lender requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under time pressure.
  • Confident communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases proactively.
