Senior Business Development Manager

If you are an established bridging and commercial term lender BDM covering the North of England, this External Business Development Manager – Commercial Term & Bridging role offers the opportunity to grow a meaningful regional book with real credit support behind you. You will inherit an active market, strong appetite, and the autonomy to run your patch properly.

This role is designed for a commercially minded BDM who wants long term broker relationships, consistent deal flow, and a business that can actually deliver on what it agrees.

Package & Benefits
• Salary £70,000 to £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
• Uncapped commission structure.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage broker and introducer relationships across the North of England.
• Originate new business across bridging and commercial term lending.
• Deliver face to face broker meetings and represent the lender in the regional market.
• Work closely with underwriting and credit teams to progress deals from enquiry to completion.

About You
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager within bridging or commercial term lending.
• Established broker network and routes to market within the North.
• Track record of generating and converting lending opportunities.
