This External Business Development Manager – Commercial Term & Bridging role is suited to an experienced BDM covering the Midlands who wants to grow volumes with a lender that has the capital, appetite, and credit alignment to support delivery. You will be trusted to manage your region and build long term broker partnerships.
The focus here is quality origination rather than short term volume, with close collaboration between sales and underwriting to improve conversion and broker experience.
Package & Benefits
• Salary £70,000 to £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and manage broker relationships across the Midlands region.
• Originate bridging and commercial term lending opportunities.
• Conduct face to face broker meetings and regional market engagement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for brokers through the deal lifecycle.
About You
• Experience as an external BDM within bridging finance or commercial term lending.
• Strong broker network across the Midlands.
• Proven ability to structure and convert complex lending transactions.
