About the Company
You’ll be joining an ambitious and growing specialist property finance lender with a strong market presence and a relationship-driven approach to commercial lending. The business is focused on sustainable growth, broker partnerships, and delivering responsive funding solutions across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
• Originate new business across commercial mortgages and bridging finance products.
• Build and develop strategic relationships with brokers, introducers, and borrowers across the UK.
• Represent the business at meetings, events, expos, and market-facing engagements.
• Work closely with underwriting and operations teams to support smooth deal progression and contribute market insight.

About You
• 5-10+ years’ experience within specialist property finance, including commercial mortgages.
• Existing broker and introducer network with a proven track record of originating deals.
• Strong understanding of the UK commercial property finance market and broker landscape.
