Package & Benefits
• Salary of £24,000 to £26,500 per annum, depending on experience.
• Uncapped monthly bonus, with experienced handlers typically earning an additional £200 to £1,000+ per month based on performance.
• 25 days' annual leave, increasing to 27 days with length of service, plus Bank Holidays.
• Hybrid working after successful completion of probation, with up to two days working from home each week.
• £750 loyalty bonus after three years' service.
• Attendance bonus, referral scheme, staff incentives, health and wellbeing programme, dress down Fridays, and free onsite parking.


About the Company
You'll be joining an established claims management organisation that partners with insurance brokers and insurers across the UK. The business is committed to delivering a high-quality customer journey through specialist motor claims expertise, innovative mobility solutions, and a culture where employees are encouraged to develop and progress.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage total loss claims from referral through to settlement, delivering fair, accurate, and efficient customer outcomes.
• Negotiate vehicle valuations, storage and recovery costs, and settlements with customers, suppliers, and third-party insurers.
• Support customers following vehicle write-offs, managing expectations while protecting commercial outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to deliver an outstanding claims experience.


About You
• Previous motor claims handling experience is essential.
• Experience negotiating vehicle valuations, settlements, or total loss claims within a claims environment.
• Experience working within a customer-focused claims or insurance environment with strong knowledge of the motor claims process.
