If you are looking to move beyond administration into a more technical financial planning role, this Trainee Paraplanner position offers a clear and supported pathway. You will work closely with advisers and paraplanners, gaining exposure to research, report writing and the advice process.

This role is designed for progression into a full paraplanner position. You will build technical knowledge, develop report writing skills and gain a deeper understanding of financial planning recommendations within a structured, compliant environment.

Package & Benefits
• Salary £26,000–£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the preparation of suitability reports and financial planning recommendations.
• Conduct research on pensions, investments and financial products to support adviser recommendations.
• Assist paraplanners and advisers with technical analysis and case preparation.
• Maintain accurate client data and ensure documentation meets compliance standards.

About You
• Experience in financial services administration or client servicing roles.
• Exposure to financial planning, pensions, investments or regulated financial products.
• An interest in progressing into paraplanning or technical financial services roles.
