Key Responsibilities
• Underwrite bridging finance applications in line with agreed credit policy and risk appetite.
• Review valuation reports, legal documentation, and exit strategies to support sound lending decisions.
• Communicate underwriting outcomes clearly to internal stakeholders and external brokers.
• Manage a live pipeline of cases through to completion while maintaining agreed SLAs.

About You
• Demonstrable experience underwriting bridging finance loans within a specialist lending environment.
• Working knowledge of property backed lending risk and security assessment.
• Experience managing multiple cases in a fast paced underwriting function.
