Tom Simpson

Tom is the Divisional Manager for Real Estate & Senior Debt, a sector he has supported since 2021.

Tom works with seasoned professionals and emerging talent across Development Finance, Bridging, Structured Finance, and Real Estate Private Equity, partnering them with Advisories, Banks, Non-Bank Lenders, and Investment Managers in the UK and EU. His client book ranges from leading global enterprises to boutique firms with complex and esoteric financing appetites.

In his spare time, Tom enjoys the company of his wife and young son. He is an avid follower of Manchester United and a keen gym-goer and boxer.
