This role is designed for someone looking to build a long-term career in specialist property finance. You will be trusted with meaningful involvement across the full deal lifecycle, developing your underwriting capability while supporting complex transactions through to completion.
Package & Benefits
• Salary £50,000–£60,000 per annum depending on experience.
• Quarterly bonus structure with annual bonus potential of approximately 25% of salary.

About the Company
You will be joining an award-winning specialist property finance lender focused on supporting SME developers and property investors across bridging and development finance transactions. The business has built a strong reputation for execution quality, disciplined underwriting and consistent lending performance across England and Wales.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the assessment and packaging of bridging and development finance transactions.
• Assist with underwriting analysis, identifying risks, mitigants and structuring considerations.
• Manage cases throughout the transaction lifecycle, working closely with brokers, borrowers and professional partners.
• Prepare credit papers, review supporting documentation and ensure cases remain aligned to lending policy.
About You
• 6 months to 3 years’ experience handling bridging finance cases.
• Background within Sales Support, Case Management, Analyst or junior underwriting within specialist property finance.
• Good understanding of the bridging or development finance lending process.
