If you’re an experienced Collections Agent who can balance commercial outcomes with genuine customer support, this role offers the opportunity to help customers experiencing financial difficulty find realistic, sustainable ways forward.

You’ll have ownership of your caseload while working closely with specialist teams to support good customer outcomes. It’s a role where sound judgement, accurate record keeping and a responsible approach to vulnerable customers are valued.

Package & Benefits
• Salary £26,000–£30,000 per annum, plus discretionary company bonus.
• 25 days’ holiday, increasing to 28 days after three years, plus bank holidays.

About the Company

You’ll join an innovative business within the used-car finance sector, focused on making vehicle finance simple and accessible while maintaining a strong focus on customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage inbound and outbound collections conversations, understanding customers’ circumstances and agreeing sustainable payment arrangements.
• Manage a personal caseload, ensuring actions, follow-ups and customer records are completed accurately and on time.
• Identify and escalate customer, conduct and operational risks appropriately.
• Work with specialist teams to support vulnerable customers and improve customer outcomes.

About You
• Experience in Collections, Recoveries, Payment Support, Arrears or a similar regulated customer service environment.
• Experience supporting customers experiencing financial difficulty and establishing appropriate payment solutions.
• Experience managing customer records and caseloads using relevant systems.
