Aiden is a Principal Consultant &ndash; Financial Services at Fintelligent, he has over 6 years recruitment experience partnering with a range of SMEs and multinational organisations across a variety of silos within Financially regulated industries.
Aiden focusses on hires ranging from entry level positions up to C-suite headhunt hires. He has a strong understanding of the Insurance sector, Asset Finance and Lending with a particular geographical focus on the Northwest &amp; Midlands. 
&nbsp;Aiden is a Business Management Degree holder from Manchester Metropolitan University and enjoys going to the gym, watching Manchester City and eating far too many takeaways in his spare time!

Charlotte joined Fintelligent as Principal Consultant in 2025, Real Estate &amp; Senior Debt, a sector she has supported since early 2024.
Charlotte works with seasoned professionals and emerging talent across Development Finance, Bridging, Structured Finance, and Real Estate Private Equity, partnering them with Advisories, Banks, Non-Bank Lenders, and Investment Managers in the UK and EU. Her client book ranges from leading global enterprises to boutique firms with complex and esoteric financing appetites.
In her spare time, Charlotte is a keen gym-goer who is passionate about health &amp; wellbeing, has completed half-marathons and Hyrox events but also balances this with an appreciation of fine food and wine!

Charlotte Walker

Dan joined Fintelligent as Managing Director in 2024, overseeing the growth of our existing markets and working closely with CEO James Fowler to drive the business&rsquo;s wider strategy.
Dan has supported the UK and European Real Estate markets for over a decade, working with leading lenders and funders across Development Finance, Bridging, Specialist Term Mortgages, and Special Situations. He holds an exemplary track record at all levels and is known as a pioneer of project-focused, value-add recruitment solutions.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and dog Charlie. He is a keen golfer and a follower of football and rugby league.

Daniel Greenhalgh

Emma is our Office Manager, she joined the business in 2024 as a Senior Compliance Officer where she managed all the onboarding for candidates across multiple divisions before progressing into her current role.
Emma is responsible for supporting Fintelligent&rsquo;s executive team and consultants with a variety of operational and organisational duties.&nbsp; She also plays a pivotal role in driving the office culture and ensuring the business is running as efficiently as possible.
When not in work, Emma enjoys spending time with her children, cooking, and watching the latest Netflix series.

Emma O'Connor

James founded Fintelligent in 2015 with the goal of building a best-in-class consultancy while also putting social purpose and the environment at the heart of the business.
Under James&rsquo;s leadership, Fintelligent has become a multi-award winning enterprise, receiving accolades from SIA, RITA, and made the prestigious Sunday Times Best Place to Work in the UK list in 2023. &nbsp;James and the senior management team are responsible for building and executing Fintelligent&rsquo;s longer-term vision while continuing to push the envelope in developing a forward-thinking and cutting-edge proposition.
In his spare time, James enjoys spending time with his partner and holds a keen interest in boxing and has attended numerous major fights in the past.&nbsp; James has previously completed the Manchester marathon and has plans to run the London marathon in the future.

James Fowler

James is the Associate Director for the Legal team at Fintelligent. He oversees the management and growth of the Legal team in both the US and UK markets.
James works with the world&rsquo;s most prestigious law firms on Associate to Partner level positions. His area of expertise includes Corporate, Private Equity, Capital Markets, Banking &amp; Finance, Real Estate, Private Funds, Antitrust &amp; Competition, Litigation &amp; Arbitration in cities such as New York, Washington DC, Chicago, Los Angeles, and London.
James holds an Economics degree from the University of Manchester and in his spare time can be found skiing or attending music festivals.

James Noble

Jenni has been with Fintelligent since 2017 and is a Principal Consultant on the Financial Services team, typically working on assignments for mortgage advisors, case management, and collections advisors.
Jenni&rsquo;s role covers a variety of sectors, including property finance, insurance, accountancy, motor finance, and banking. Her client base consists of loan brokers, insurance providers, property lenders, and contact centres.
Outside of work, Jenni enjoys wholesome weekends with her husband and dog Basil. These include cooking, discovering new dog walks, and enjoying the latest Netflix series.

Jenni Lunt

Since joining Fintelligent, Lauren has played a key role in shaping the company&rsquo;s brand and marketing strategy, with a focus on driving inbound client and candidate engagement across each of the sectors we operate in. She leads on digital campaigns, content creation, search engine optimisation, and events, helping to elevate the business&rsquo; visibility and position Fintelligent as a standout name in the industry.
Lauren is passionate about connecting people and ideas, and works closely with our headhunters to deliver marketing that fuels business growth and opens new opportunities. Away from work, Lauren is a seasoned traveller with a goal to visit 30 countries before turning 30, a regular at live music events, and a proud aunty to two gorgeous little boys.

Lauren Turner

Lucie&nbsp;is a Senior Consultant at Fintelligent, bringing over four years of specialist recruitment experience within the commercial finance sector. She has a proven track record of building high-performing teams for clients across the invoice finance, asset finance, and asset-based lending markets.
Partnering with both lenders and brokers, Lucie recruits top talent across a range of roles, from Sales Executives and Sales Directors to Operations and Underwriting professionals.
Outside of work, Lucie enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially over a great meal and a glass of wine. She also loves getting outdoors for long walks with her dogs.

Lucie Abadi-Johns

Max joined Fintelligent in 2024 as a Consultant in the US Legal team, having graduated from Newcastle University with a degree in Business Management.
Max specializes in partnering top talent with elite opportunities across the AM Law Top 100, focusing on the East Coast market. His area of expertise includes but is not limited to Capital Markets, Debt &amp; Leveraged Finance, Corporate M&amp;A, Private Equity, and Antitrust &amp; Competition.
Outside of work, Max is a successful private investor and a passionate traveler. His most recent expedition included a tour of South East Asia.

Max Walsh

Owen joined as Principal Consultant in 2024, he is responsible for the growth of Fintelligent&rsquo;s Business Finance offering which focuses on ABL Finance, Asset Finance, Finance, Invoice Finance, Vendor Finance, Stock Finance, and Trade Finance.
Owen operates UK-wide, working with funders and intermediaries on assignments for sales, credit, operational roles, and senior management positions. His client base is multi-sector, focusing on firms that provide tailored funding solutions to trading businesses and high-net-worths. Additionally, Owen provides support to the Real Estate team on operational roles.
Originally from East Lothian, Scotland, Owen relocated to Manchester in 2022 and established a local football club which he both plays for and manages.&nbsp;

Taya joined the company in 2017 and has since advanced to the position of Associate Director of People and Organisational Development.
In this role, she leads the development and execution of innovative learning and development strategies, providing crucial support to both managers and consultants. Taya also oversees the integration of cutting-edge technical solutions, ensuring that the business is equipped with the best tools to serve clients efficiently and empower individuals to achieve their full potential. Alongside this, she manages multiple projects across the organisation and drives the implementation of key processes to support sustainable business growth.
