If you’re an experienced Head of Auction Finance or senior bridging professional looking to step into a true build role, this opportunity offers the chance to create and scale a new revenue stream from the ground up. You’ll take ownership of launching a dedicated auction finance proposition, with full responsibility for origination, delivery, and growth.

This is a high-impact role where you will shape strategy, build relationships, and drive revenue in a fast-paced lending environment. You’ll have the autonomy to make decisions quickly and the support of an established platform to execute effectively.

Package & Benefits
• Salary £65,000–£80,000 per annum DOE.
• Performance-related bonus linked to deal origination and completions.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and launch a new auction finance division within the business.
• Originate and structure bridging loans for time-sensitive auction transactions.
• Develop broker and introducer relationships to generate consistent deal flow.
• Oversee deals from initial enquiry through to completion, working closely with internal teams.

About You
• Experience within bridging finance.
• Exposure to auction finance or auction-related lending.
• Track record of originating deals and generating revenue.
