If you’re an experienced Relationship Director who wants to originate, structure and execute your own development finance transactions, this role offers genuine ownership from initial conversation through to loan completion. You’ll build relationships with developers and intermediaries while remaining closely involved with loans once they are on the book.

As a Relationship Director, you’ll work alongside experienced Credit, Legal, Finance and Development Monitoring teams, giving you the support to originate new business and take lending opportunities through the full transaction lifecycle.

About the Company

You’ll join a specialist property lender providing development finance to UK developers. The business combines an established credit framework with dedicated in-house teams supporting the origination, underwriting and ongoing management of loans.

Key Responsibilities

	Originate new development finance opportunities by building and developing relationships with intermediaries and property developers.

	Assess, structure and complete due diligence on lending proposals, including risk assessment, sensitivity analysis and commercial rationale.
