If you’re a Relationship Manager looking for genuine autonomy and the opportunity to directly influence your earnings, this role offers a platform to build and scale your own lending portfolio in a high-growth environment. You’ll originate, structure, and deliver real estate lending deals while developing long-term broker relationships.
This is a front office, revenue-generating role where your performance directly drives outcomes. You’ll operate with a high degree of ownership, supported by a collaborative internal team, in a business that values pace, commercial thinking, and deal execution.
Package & Benefits
• Salary £75,000–£85,000 per annum DOE.
• Commission circa 0.2% on completed deals.
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

You will be joining a specialist lender operating within the real estate finance space, focused on delivering fast, flexible funding solutions. The business is in a strong growth phase, with a collaborative, office-first culture and a clear emphasis on commercial delivery and relationship-led lending.
Key Responsibilities
• Originate new lending opportunities through broker and introducer relationships.
• Structure and progress deals through to completion, maintaining ownership throughout.
• Build and develop your own network to generate consistent deal flow.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver against targets and conversion metrics.
About You
• 1–7 years’ experience in real estate lending or a closely related sector.
• Track record of originating or supporting property finance deals.
• Experience working with brokers, introducers, or external deal sources.
